With the arrival of November, many college football experts are getting their bowl projections together. Many prognosticators are trying to solve the puzzle that is the BCS. First off, no one will ever solve the twisting, confounding puzzle that is the BCS. But it is always fun to try. I’ll try to do the same thing. If the season ended today, here would be my projected bowl matchups.

BCS Championship Game: Alabama vs. Kansas State

The simple fact these teams are ranked #1 and #2 in the BCS standings, makes this the choice for the title game. Granted, this isn’t ESPN’s first choice. As of this moment, the folks from Bristol, Connecticut are salivating over a potential matchup between Alabama and Notre Dame.
